Delamere Forest visit

Wow! Today was a brilliant day spent at Delamere forest, learning to read maps and use our orienteering skills. We learned about grid references, contour lines and how to spot marked footpaths. It was brilliant to see our children throw themselves into new experiences and roam the forest. There were a few sleepy ones on the way home! 

A huge thank you to Mrs Richardson, who joined us on our visit and even brought us a hot chocolate treat!
