Signs of Autumn

Today we have been exploring some exciting Autumn finds. Mrs Allen brought in a huge tray full of conkers, which have been used for all sorts of inventive play. They have been counted, ordered, lined up and used used as money to buy items with in the classroom. We have had lots of discussion about them " They are shiny", "They feel hard", "They are round like a ball"
