Week commencing 20th November

We have now completed all our phase 2 sounds in phonics. Therefore, over the duration of this week I will be conducting some assessments to see what the children can remeber before we move on to phase 3. 

On Tuesday morning we will walk to the postbox to post the letters we wrote in Literacy (weather permitting). On return we have a cake to make as it is Travelling Ted's birthday! The children will be using their mathmatical skills around addition and measurement to count and weigh out the ingredients in order to make Travelling Ted a birthday cake. 

On Wednesday morning it is our 'Stay and Play' 9.15am - 10.15am. It would be lovely to see you and for you to join in with some of our phonics themed activities!
