Supplementary Information Form
Families wishing to apply under the faith-based admissions criteria must also complete a Supplementary Information Form. This form provides information about church attendance and worship and allows the school to consider an application under the relevant faith criteria. The completed form must be completed by the admissions deadline.
For the purposes of our admissions policy, regular worship is defined as attendance by at least one parent or guardian at a minimum of two services each month for at least six months prior to the application closing date.
If you believe that your application may qualify under the faith-based admissions criteria, please complete our Supplementary Information Form using the link below and return it to the school by the published admissions deadline.
