At Warmingham CE Primary, we are proud to be supported by a dedicated group of CDAT Members, CDAT Directors and our own Local Governing Committee Members. These volunteers bring a wealth of skills and experience to their role as the strategic leaders of our schools.
Their work is founded on three core functions:
- They ensure a clear and compelling vision and strategic direction, safeguarding the ethos that makes our school community special.
- They also hold the headteacher to account for the educational performance of our pupils and the effective performance management of staff, ensuring that excellence in learning remains at the forefront.
- Equally important, they oversee the financial performance of our schools, making sure that every resource is carefully and effectively spent to benefit our children.
The full governing body meets at once every half term, detailed work is carried out through specialist committees, various working groups, and regular visits to our schools. This collaborative approach helps maintain the high standards we all expect, and reinforces our commitment to providing the best possible education in a nurturing and well-managed environment.
