Hedgehogs (Year 1/2): Gallery

Our School

Date: 6th Nov 2025 @ 5:40pm

This tree represents our school family — each wooden disc a unique face, a unique child, each one valued and loved.   Together, they form something strong, beautiful, and full of life.
Just like a tree needs deep roots to grow tall and flourish, we grow through our shared values, faith, and love for one another.   Our Christian foundation is the soil that nourishes us — helping us to stand tall, weather challenges, and reach for the light.
As our children grow, we encourage them to let Jesus’ light shine through them — by living out and modelling Christian values such as kindness, compassion, and respect.   In doing so, they make a difference in the world around them.
This is more than a display.   It’s a celebration of who we are — a family growing together in faith, hope, and love.

Forest Worship

Date: 12th Sep 2025 @ 2:38pm

Our week began with a beautiful Forest Worship led by Reverend Paul and Mrs Archer. Surrounded by nature, we paused to notice the “WOW” moments - the ever-changing world around us and the daily reminder of God’s love. Children reflected deeply through simple yet powerful activities: blowing bubbles to symbolise releasing our worries to God, and tying ribbons to the fence as a gesture of gratitude for the people who support and care for us. As the wind catches those ribbons in the days ahead, may they continue to remind us to give thanks.

Warmingham Sings

Date: 25th Jun 2025 @ 8:58pm

On Saturday 14th June, our children had the incredible opportunity to perform alongside Phoenix Voices, showcasing the wonderful work they’ve been doing in class and with the school choir under the guidance of Mrs. Henry.   It was a truly inspiring evening, made all the more special by the chance to sing with an adult choir. Watching our young performers take to the stage with such confidence and enthusiasm was a moment of immense pride for me as their principal - and I know Mrs. Henry’s heart was full too.  A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making the event such a success. All proceeds from the evening will support the St Leonard’s Tower Fund, a cause close to all our hearts.

Forest Church

Forest Church with Reverend Paul and Mrs Archer

You Can Find Me!

“When I consider your heavens, the work for your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you can care for him?’

Proverbs 8:3-4

It’s important that we all take time to stop and rest.   The perfect place to do this is outside where we can sit and reflect.   We spent some time in our woodland area with Reverend Paul and Mrs Archer just listening and appreciating the amazing world God created for us, before creating some master pieces from things we found in the woodland.

God is constantly speaking to us.   He doesn’t always use words.   Day after day, he paints amazing sunsets across the sky to show us His power and glory.   He strokes our cheeks with a gentle breeze to remind us that He is right beside us.  He speaks in the faces and voices of our loved ones.

We can find God in every minute of the day – if you have eyes that are looking and ears that are listening.   To develop our spirituality, we all have to learn to take time to stop, and ask God’s Spirit to help us see and hear Him better.

Our forest church session helped the children and adults to practice looking and listening for God in the world around us, so that we will all be able to see and hear Him more, especially in times of need.   We were reminded that we need to search for God with all our hearts – and we will find Him.
